Just finished a long run… can home and made a green… brown smoothie. So exciting to have fresh greens in December. Granted it is 55 degrees in Cleveland, Ohio today but we have had many frosts that would have killed my lettuce if is wasn’t protected with two layers.

Thanks for sharing! It is so warm here – going to get to 80 tomorrow. My lettuce has gone to seed so I am going to plant some new seeds. Last year it didn’t do that til the spring came.
I use the planket to cover mine when it freezes. Good luck to you!!
