My weight loss journey week 2

I am happy and excited to report back that I ran six days this week! I did it in large part because I knew I was going to have to get on here and give a report. I am going to continue running this week. Six days straight, 2 miles… or 30 minutes whichever comes first. I do run slow but I am getting faster each day. For the past few weeks I have been watching what I eat, but unless I write it down, I never really know how much it is. Let’s just say – it can add up if you don’t watch it. I went to the copy store on Saturday and made copies of my calorie counting papers. It only takes 3 pages a week to print out, so it is easy to print them at home too. I am sharing the copy in this post if you are interested, print it off, cut the papers and staple them at the top. I started today to write everything down I eat. I plan to eat 1500 calories a day, exercise 30 minutes, and drink six 20 oz cups of water a day. I will report back how I did in one week. I started my journey weighing 165, I now weigh 162.
